1) Load Sonic 2, go to the options screen and enter the stage select code 
       (19, 65, 9, 17) pressing B, in the sound test.
    2) At the title screen, Hold A and press start, you will enter stage select.
  

    3) Go to the sound test again, and put in 1, 9, 9, 2, 1, 1, 2, 4 (using B).  
       This enables debug.
    4) Select sound test 3 to clear the sequence.
    5) Now enter 4, 1, 2, 6 (using B) to enable all chaos emeralds.
    6) Select Emerald Hill 1 and hold A and press start, this starts the game 
       in debug mode.
  

    7) Use B, Sonic will turn into a ring, give Tails 50 rings by pressing C.
    8) Press B again, then C twice, Sonic will become Super Sonic.
  

    9) Press B again, select the transposer (A snowy powerup box) using A
   10) Move over to the side and set one down using C (leaving one that has 
       two arrows).
  

   11) Make Sonic hit it, for a few moments, the world will go nuts, when it 
       returns, Tails will be Super.
  

   12) Sonic is no longer super, despite appearances, make him hit an enemy to 
       drop his rings.  You cant just get 50 rings again to make him super, 
       he's like, half way between.
  

   13) Once Sonic is no longer super and you've got rid of his rings, go up to 
       tails, use B to debug, A to find the ring, and C to give Tails 50 rings.
  

   14) Press B again, then C twice again, Sonic will become Super Sonic, and 
       Tails will be Super Tails.  What a team.  In this mode you will find 
       Tails moves *as fast* as Sonic, tho he seems to be slightly behind, 
       this is because his reaction time is 1/10 sec behind Sonic's movement.
  

   15) Another note shown here, Tails remains Super independant of rings.  
       Maybe he's powered by a chaos emerald.
  

   16) Trick, With Super Sonic and Super Tails, you can Gain Eternal Life.   
       Heres how.  Find a bridge.  Make Tails and Sonic Super as outlined
       above. After you do this, turn Sonic into a robofish (press B, find the 
       robofish with A), get right underneath Super Tails, and slam them into 
       Tails' invincible body by pressing C repeatedly.  Very soon you will 
       start hearing extra life.  Keep doing it until you think you have enough.
